Crew is a clean, high-fiber chocolate bar company made for people who care about what they put into their bodies. We skip the harmful seed oils, fake sweeteners, and unnecessary sugar giving you a real, delicious treat that actually makes you feel good.

GOALS
The primary design goal was to create a healthier, high-protein, and high-fiber chocolate bar alternative for people who value the ingredients that go into their food. Many existing bars on the market rely on seed oils, artificial fillers, and fake sugars, which can be harsh on the body and misleading for consumers. The goal was to create something that ditched these harmful ingredients while providing customers with a delicious candy bar they love.
CHALLENGES
One of the most significant creative challenges was creating a unique identity for the brand, despite a saturated market for healthier “treats”. There are plenty of other companies that attempted to achieve a similar goal, yet lacked certain elements that crew obtained. Another unique challenge was creating consistent branding that was fresh and eye-catching, while representing crew’s brand values.
NARRATIVE
We are centered around community, striving for an inclusive brand that resonates with everyone, while also helping those around us. We are committed to our customers and their needs and concerns, and would love for you to join our crew. Not only do we care about curing your sweet tooth craving, but we also donate 10 percent of our yearly proceeds to Feeding America. We care about our customers and the communities that surround them, and we aim to help feed families all across America.
RESULTS
Crew’s identity creates an appealing aesthetic for people who have a sweet tooth, but also want to make healthier choices. Through strong typography and fun and inviting color choices, the brand becomes a fun and inviting space for all individuals, providing the best ingredients for the best crew.
